Well, I do not override or spice up usually CNN information’s, yet with this sweet cookie I could not sustain self not to make couple of funny observations…

Keep in mind that he is not president anymore, so do not keep grudges too long in your lovely heart when reading some of the commentary of mine… This commentary is to entertain you and to inform you, and to show you that you can even forgive these kinds of beings, who were very consciously deceiving and lying to US for decades…

Yes, this is the intent of this post… to give you some of the dirty secrets of CNN and other MSMedia outlets, and then when you hear it, you simply let it go… You let go of notion of keeping grudges, angriness and feeling cheated for centuries…

You realize that these same TV outlets will actually become crucial part of your healing and forgiveness process… Same TV stations that were distributing lies for a sake of control and profit, will NOW start producing and airing our true history, disclosure of every secretive events, action, war preparations that were used to enslave and control US, every UFO technology given to us by Galactics, yet not distributed for benefit of all the people but only few…

Keep open heart while reading this, as this is the new way of truly coexisting with beings that enslaved you for centuries, yet you will have enough courage and compassion to see them equal as you… You will send those forgiveness every time you see them on screen or on the street seating in café next to you… You will have enough humility to fully understand that this was best they can do it and You will realize that You are same as Him… You would probably do the same, if not worse, if you end up in his position 30 years ago…

You had a World’s opinions in your grip… so very tight grip… You can demand [in very ‘genuine’ tone…] any amounts of billions to shape the consciousness [or better unconsciousness… ] of the masses… not only US lazyboy’s and lazygirls but Globally… As Your corporation with some great influence of Turner Family with their share of Global Entertainment control become so powerful, that you even do not have to ‘squeeze some hands’ to give you funds to support their agendas…

You are dining with Presidents, with stars [not Galaxy elements, but these fake, fabricated, false, fluffy ones on two legs…] without a single thought that you are doing something wrong to majority of the world population…

You do not question your fortune, that it was there as soon you remember  you…  You do not question differences between You and all other 6 billion souls… You do not have ‘remorse’ when see hole country gets destroyed, millions of people killed, simply because you only deliver the information for what you have been paid for… Very well paid…

You did not question ever, that You want to express your deep and very hidden urge to share all of your wealth with countries you help destroy… Yet, something was clicking in your heart, more than your own heart beat… This feeling is called: Compassion…

You knew that this day will come, when You will be free of these claws of money and power, so you can allow your inner call to be freely expressed… Finally, with some influences of situation in the world, you decide to Announce your resignation with very fake excuse [like numbers are too low… like you ever cared for viewing numbers… you only cared for $ numbers… from governments, secret governments, corporations, military, entertainment companies, technological companies, and especially Wall Street dud’s…

You decided to announce your resignation just on a day of Olympics Opening  in London, so the CNN can be let lose and to finally report truth… truth that need no numbers of views to justify its existence… Truth need no profits to give to all… Truth is already so valuable, just being there for all to see and hear, that Truth need no contract with $ signs and multiple zeros behind…

You will, as one who was longing for so long time to expose all these hidden agendas, hidden acts of control over others… You finally reach your day or redemption to self and to God within you…

You finally realized that your shoes were quite big to fill… not because of moneys and riches that were around you… but with a courage to stay on the top till last moment, and to be part of Total Disclosure for all to see… for all to hear, not only from 99% but from 1% as well…


You realize that You are this ONE percent that will show that we are all ONE, anyway… Yes, you walked in 2000$ shoes, while other 2 million have no shoes… And this was a challenge too…

You realized that someone had to take this challenging task of wearing CNN president shoes, and you raised your hand… Yes, it was your choice knowing that it will be the most challenging and most exciting task you ever performed… Not to be mean to others, but simply to give them a chance to recognize there is something more than money and materialistic ownership… there is something much bigger that big house, big boat, big account…

Yes, you realized that you were doing this not for your own benefit, but for benefit to millions of others, who finally realized that truth cannot come from CNN exclusively… but truth will come from within of their own hearts, with simple knowing: YES, WE FOUND OUR COMPASSION… WE KNOW HOW TO FORGIVE NOW… WE KNOW HOW TO BE GRATEFUL FOR ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL OPPORTUNITIES THAT YOU PROVIDED THEM…

[Yes, I call oppression, lies, killings, stealing: these are  greatest opportunities for all involved to realize something much bigger, much grander that feeling of being victim, tortured, suppressed, imprisoned…  and will talk about this approach in yet another post… ]

 

Indeed, you are the hero of this new Age of Forgiveness and Compassion… Now You know that God planned all this so well, so perfectly fitting together that even He is Grinning seeing US all confused, bedazzled, yet very content knowing deep down in our hearts that ALL IS WELL… ALL OF IT…

And it does not matter which shoes you are wearing: Jim’s, Queen’s, Arcturian’s, Bernanke’s, Assange’s, Hitler’s, mine, Yours, Your Child…  You KNOW that you choose to wear these shoes for benefit of others first, and then for benefit to yourself…


The only benefit I can see in this post is: I had so much fun writing it, and being in Jim Walton’s shoes for short while… realizing that I would not do much different as he did… Knowing that all has it perfect timing, its perfect divine revelation, that it is totally useless to get upset, angry or even jealous a bit… because you did not wore Jim’s shoes for 49 years, but you wore your own…

Consider asking self this: would you now trade your shoes with Jim’s… now in the moment when he resigned, when he is facing public discovery of his actions, when he is experiencing no more powers over others in his hands, where he is money less and soon being prosecuted for treason against humanity?... Yes, He choose this very consciously, and very bravely… accepting that he will not remember these decisions till he show all of US his example of humility and humbleness recognizing what his actions did to many others…

And Yes, he knows He will be forgiven by millions of souls simply because all these souls found God in themselves and in Jim as well…

CNN President Jim Walton revealed on Friday that he will leave the network after three decades effective the end of this year, an unexpected departure that follows an announcement that the station is seeing its worst ratings since the early 90s.
Walton will walk away from CNN after spending 30 years building the business up. He’s overseen their operations as president for the last decade, but announced in an email to his staff this week that both CNN and himself need to start working towards something new.
`I've been doing this job I'm in now for 10 years and I'm ready for a change,” Walton writes. “CNN needs new thinking. That starts with a new leader who brings a different perspective, different experiences and a new plan, one who will build on our great foundation and will commit to seeing it through. And I’m ready for a change. I have interests to explore and I want to give myself time to do it.”
Walton’s announcement made headlines immediately after he broke the news, but although his decision was unexpected, isn’t an unusual maneuver given the network’s waning ratings. CNN’s US channel experienced its worst ratings ever for a second quarter recently, with some of its shows seeing viewership drop by as much as 41 percent. The network was extensively revamped their shows during the last year, installing Piers Morgan as a prime-time host and shuffling two of its hallmark anchors, Anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer, into new time slots and shows, and recruiting CNBC TV personality Erin Burnett after more than five years at one of CNN’s top competitors.
In a statement responding to the negative polling, CNN issued a press release last month saying, “As a news organization our ratings reflect the news environment much more so than the other networks. That said, we always want higher ratings but not at the expense of nonpartisan, quality journalism.”
On his decision to leave, Walton says that “There's always pressure” and acknowledges the network’s failures as of late.
"I've been doing this a long time and CNN has had its ups and downs, like all companies have had ups and downs. I feel really strongly about a number of parts of this company. We're having a really strong year internationally and in mobile. It's clear there's a lot of spotlight on CNN's U.S. performance and it's reasonable that there is that spotlight."

Lloyds chief admits industry is in deep crisis

Lloyds banking Group set aside another £700m to deal with compensation claims for mis-selling insurance products yesterday, while the chief executive admitted the industry is in deep crisis.

The banking giant that owns HBOS, the merged Halifax and Bank of Scotland business that collapsed in the financial crisis and was rescued by Lloyds, fell to a half-year loss of £439m and predicted further trouble.
It also revealed it has received subpoenas from governments as part of an investigation into a global interest-rate rigging scandal. “Certain parts of the group have received subpoenas and requests for information from certain government agencies and are co-operating with their investigations,” the bank said.
Lloyds said it could not yet say what its exposure to the Libor inquiries could be.
The extra £700m for mis-selling of payment protection insurance comes on top of the £3.2bn it first set aside to deal with the problem and the £375m provision it made in the first half of the year. That takes its total exposure, so far, to £4.275bn. Other banks are expected to make similar moves in the coming days.
Millions of loans were sold with PPI attached, which was supposed to cover repayments in the event of illness or unemployment. Many people were not told, or did not realise, that they had bought the product.
The chief executive Antonio Horta-Osorio was candid about the problems facing the company and the sector. He said banking is “clearly facing a deep crisis of confidence and trust”.
Mr Horta-Osorio, who took time off last year for stress-related illness, said the entire culture of the bank and the sector needs an overhaul.
He said banking is not efficient and has a history of selling bad products to its customers. This must change, he said. There were some signs of optimism from the bank. Underlying profit rose by £715m to £1.1bn, a bit better than City forecasts.
The bank received a taxpayer bailout worth £20bn, giving the taxpayer a 41 per cent stake in the company.
That stake was bought at 63p a share, against a price yesterday of 29p. That means the government is presently sitting on a loss of more than £10bn.
Ian Gordon at Investec Securities said: “No one is suggesting that these are good numbers — how can a loss per share of 1p be considered good — but the direction of travel is established. A lot of the “heavy lifting” on balance sheet repair has now been done.”

Dear Ones,
There’s a lot going on presently and we see the confirmations about the Divine timeline of August 4th turning up everywhere in a myriad of information sources. And it is quite obvious that Lightworkers are thrilled about these unfoldings. We too are enjoyed and we see an enormous power of cooperation and of Light transcend the surfaces : a fact that can be likened to the pulsar of a solar flame from the sun. You now have every right to be overjoyed, my dear ones! We feel the exact same things up here in the Higher Realms. Our Galactic Brothers are very committed to finalize this Disclosure project and can barely restraint themselves because they so long to inform you who they are and why they have come. They have come to help you, dear ones. They have come to share their Love and Light with you. They have come to inform you about your own true nature and your origins and tell you so much more.
At last we detected an opportunity to start up this project. In case the Divine Timeline of August 4th has been overstepped with nothing unfolding, the Galactic Brothers will take over the reins of this Disclosure project. There firstly have been meetings going on between the Galactic Brothers, the groundcrew and the world leaders to determine how we can announce the Galactic Presence to humanity the softest way possible without stirring too much fear in humans ; that has been and always will be our main aim. I personally cooperate in this regard and I have established a strong contact with president Obama, who is himself quite pleased to finally be able to participate in this project. Everything is closely monitored and followed up by our Galactic Brothers, the Arcturians, whose message will be next after I turn my place over to them.

What I can tell you is that the date of August 4th is the ultimate date by which the minions/dark souls must fully cooperate, a promise made by them a long time ago but never kept. Now they have to finally agree to cooperate by then. If they fail to do so than the project will be handed over to the Divine source and carry out by the Galactic Brothers. No matter how, Disclosure will come at the most propitious time. Just don’t link it to an exact date, let go and let God. It will all become crystal clear from that ultimate date, August 4th, how and when things will unfold ; then we can provide further intel. It all depends on the decisions, the timelines, the circumstances… what you can be sure of is that August 4th will bring a huge change as it will be the starting point. Disclosure can no longer be postponed; it happens in your NOW moment. Do take into account that this NOW moment implies a much bigger time-frame than one day : so don’t expect to see an armada of UFO’s on that specific date.

There is much that we have to take into account, it has really not been a sinecure to arrive at this present point.
You all had to wait a long time and so did we but now we have reached an opportunity in which we see a chance to announce Disclosure. The negotiations and the talks of the plans are in full swing. Our Earth allies and other representatives of the Light have come to a consensus regarding the ultimate time corresponding with your Earth date of August 4th. After that date all will begin and you may expect to see our ships for starters. Let go of your illusory time factor and see us when we come. We can only inform you that the time has come for us to show ourselves more and more and to establish first contacts with you.
Allow us to explain what you can expect to happen during the event that you call Disclosure. Our brothers on Earth, whom we call the groundcrew, will cooperate in establishing those first contacts. They have a direct link with us and with other civilizations and they contribute their part in this whole project. Those belonging to this group know this by now or will be informed in the coming days. They already know it subconsciously, they cooperated actively in this project during their astral travels. Besides them, we too have the Galactic groundcrew coming from our civilization who dwell amongst the humans of Earth and who participate in matters of security and in negotiations. All in all we are talking of a huge project which cannot be underestimated in its scope.
We have opted for the Pleiadian civilization to be the first one to establish first contact as they have a humanlike appearance and so, they are least likely to trigger fear and shock in humans. After this initial contact with the Pleiadians, other civilizations will follow. Before First Contact will take place, the sightings of our ships will increase further. Gradually bigger ships will decloak and show themselves to you for longer and longer periods of time. Much anticipation is placed upon the Olympic Games for us to show up and we tell you that it is most probable these games will be used for decloakings of our ships. We are presently still elaborating on that.
But for now let go of the time factor involved and work on yourself. Too much emphasis of you on this matter can work antagonistically and is really counterproductive. Know it will happen, let it go and give Love to the event of Disclosure, to us, to humanity and to Mother Earth.

Dear Ones, as you are learning from a number of sources, the point has been reached when Divine instructions have been given that action shall be taken without delay to announce our presence. We have shown extreme patience and given your leaders plenty of opportunity to take the steps called for to release you from the control of the Illuminati. We know that they too are also  like many people in fear of them, but that has to be put aside to allow the truth to come out. The Olympics is the window that is being given world attention, and we cannot think of a better way to make it known. Time is fast running away and we must be given the opportunity to make ourselves known to you.

Some will still choose to disbelieve our messages, but that is their free choice which we honor. However, there is the important matter of Ascension and much to do in these final days, and we cannot wait any longer. Our allies have gone as far as can be reasonably expected, and they need complete freedom to go surging ahead with their final responsibilities. So very shortly the clearing up process will be able to proceed without further hindrance from the dark Ones. Your lives are to some extent to be turned upside down, although many people are already prepared for it. We hope that some leaders will heed our request and not wait until we are forced to intervene, but if we have to we are fully ready.

The coming period will show those who are of the Light, as they will be able to step forward with our blessing and take the reins from those who are not. We want to stop all actions that are happening or proposed, that are purposefully directed at you the people to limit what little freedom you have left. You do have good souls of the Light that are here at this time to handle such matters. Hitherto you have had too may people in high places that have become corrupt, and do not know who you can trust. That must change and we are the ones to help you, as we know exactly what level of Light people are at and whether they are honest and proven to have the interest of others at heart.

We know you have had your share of disappointments over many years, when your expectations have for different reasons been dashed. However, we are empowered by God and we see no reason why the great spectacle of the Olympics, should not be a show window for the announcements of our existence and our coming part in your evolution. The end of this cycle is in itself an historic occasion that will be a long spoken about through this Universe. As we have often told you, it is a unique event of your Ascension with Mother Earth. Upon your assured success rests the future of the whole Universe, and many civilisations look on with awe and wonder at your coming Ascension.

Although you have been preparing yourselves for this time, we know it will take your breath away as it is massive process of world wide extent. In one way or another every single soul is involved and provided for. Where God is concerned there are no mistakes but only perfection, so you may be certain that the outcome will place everyone where they are intended to be. You have had a long journey that has led you to where you are today, and your future will be a continuation of it in the next phase of your evolution. Do not worry exactly what that will mean where you are concerned, as in time you will be told. Be assured that many spiritual Beings share your journey and know you better than you know yourself, and you will progress in a manner that is exactly right for you.

Lightworkers can prepare to take some responsibility for making sure people around them are calm and not fearful about what is happening. We cannot cover it all in just a few days but will soon have the freedom and facilities to address you directly. We do not use your methods that are to us antiquated, and ours are such that no remaining members who oppose us will be able to prevent our communications to you. We know you well and have many recorded addresses that are precise and capable of relaying details to you that you will understand. We feel as excited as you do at the prospect of at last of meeting you, but first things first and the acknowledgement of our existence is most important.

That will allow us to be identified with the many ways that we have helped your civilization already, as much of our work has been carried out without any publicity. It goes back thousands of years when you have incarnated into your various lives in the many Races that exist on your Earth. It has all been part of your experiences that have enabled you to grow spiritually, in your understanding on your way back to the higher dimensions from whence you came. Bear in mind that you volunteered for your Earth lives, that have given you so many opportunities to find out about duality. You are all the greater for it and as you might say, earned your spurs and have done so in great style. You will not have to re-live those experiences unless for some reason you desire to do so.

You have yet to fully understand the function of the different time lines, and many different dimensions but all in good time when it will be of value to you. We will however tell you that everything that ever was still exists at some level, which is why you can go back in time and re-live your past lives. Of course you can also travel into the future and see all probabilities. It is what many seers have used to predict the future, but it is of course open to change. It is why you are best advised not to hold onto old prophesies too strongly, as time can change the outcome of events. An example of that is your present time which will in no way be as catastrophic as was first anticipated. You have lifted yourselves and Mother Earth up, and the Light has grown so much it has paved the way for much more peaceful changes than were thought possible.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and many of you will know already that this coming week is one that is a last chance for your leaders to respond to our demands. If we are ignored yet again, we shall go forward ourselves, and make ourselves known in such a way that our presence can no longer be ignored or hidden. Yes, we have the deadline Saturday the 4th of August in mind and no longer, before we take matters into our own hands.

Special Message from Mike Quinsey about his message for July 30

Dear Friends,

I feel that I should give my views as to what I feel about Disclosure as referred to in SaLuSa’s message of today the 30th. July.

It should answer questions that are being asked, and hopefully give out more Light through a better understanding of what is behind these events.

Naturally, I did contemplate what type of message I would get today, as it would have seemed odd if there was no reference to the earlier messages about Disclosure.

I found that mine came through very strongly which made me feel confident that it was genuine. After receiving it I naturally mulled over it’s contents, and it seemed to me that there was definitely a concentrated focus upon the Olympic Games in London .

Also that it was no coincidence that the live Sky TV coverage of the Opening Ceremony, revealed a Space Craft observing it and clearly seen in the background when the fireworks display was taking place.

It was also claimed in someone else’s message, that the higher plan was for the Olympics to be held in London, and I recall it was because Great Britain is considered to be the Heart Chakra of Mother Earth.

Whatever the outcome is, I believe the Light will have become much more powerful as a result. I also feel that it will have provided protection against any attempts of the dark Ones to interfere with the Olympics, and what could be better than such an occasion being used to bring Disclosure to the public’s notice.

As I see it, the only possibility that the proposed day for Disclosure would change would be by Divine command and as we often say, it is not written in stone.

SaLuSa indicates this be so by referring to the Disclosure date of Saturday the 4th August as being one of “intent” thus allowing for change if it was proved necessary. The dark Ones would clearly like to use the event for their own agenda, and it has been said that a fake alien attack was planned using real craft and holographic projections.

However, one would like to think that it in no circumstances would it be allowed. On the other hand it might be so if it was stopped in its tracks, to reveal to everyone that it was a false flag attack by the Illuminati. Either way the truth about UFO’s and Extraterrestrials could no longer continue to be denied, and I hope that some Leaders will come out with the truth as requested.

For me, nothing would be better than it to come from President Obama, who I still firmly believe is a great Being of Light, and would be giving a lead to the rest of the world.

These coming days will be filled with anticipation and excitement, and I hope we will witness a great step forward to fulfill our expectations.

It’s important to review what SaLuSa and Mike Quinsey have said right out of the starting gate. Stephen has said what I’m about to say here. Andrew has.  But I worry that, even though we’ve been crystal clear, some people will not see it or catch SaLuSa’s drift.
I’m also being compulsive about it because I’ve just been raked through the muck on a particular discussion group for exactly these misunderstandings.  So perhaps we can avoid a repeat by going over the details.
SaLuSa has confirmed what Sierra Neblina said (1) and what the two crop circles at Manton Drove and Windmill Hill have indicated (see below). (2) That is NOT that Disclosure will take place on Aug. 4 or even Aug. 5 necessarily, but that the divine deadline after which the galactics have the ability and authority to decide when to disclose their presence to us passes on August 4.

He then states what all this means: “So very shortly the clearing up process will be able to proceed without further hindrance from the dark Ones.” Notice he did not give a date but only said “very shortly.” The last part of his message I want to give again is his caution to us that our lives are about to be “turned upside down.” In other words, the main events are about to start, the signal we’ve been waiting for.
“Your lives are to some extent to be turned upside down, although many people are already prepared for it. We hope that some leaders will heed our request and not wait until we are forced to intervene, but if we have to we are fully ready.
“The coming period will show those who are of the Light, as they will be able to step forward with our blessing and take the reins from those who are not. We want to stop all actions that are happening or proposed, that are purposefully directed at you the people to limit what little freedom you have left. You do have good souls of the Light that are here at this time to handle such matters.”
He gives this signal to us, I believe, to have us start to adjust to the fact that our time of service is about to begin. In my opinion, he doesn’t give it to us so that we can look for events happening tomorrow or the next day but so that we’ll get ready for them when they do. Mostly that getting ready is an inside job. There may be other external factors to pay attention to but the important thing is to make the inner adjustments and preparations, in my view.
Mike Qunisey adds an additional note to SaLuSa’s message:
“SaLuSa [refers] to the Disclosure date of Saturday the 4th. August as being one of ‘intent’ thus allowing for change if it was proved necessary. The dark Ones would clearly like to use the event for their own agenda, and it has been said that a fake alien attack was planned using real craft and holographic projections.” (4)
I’m not in agreement with Mike that SaLuSa said Aug. 4 would be the day of Disclosure, but what Mike is really saying here anyways is cautioning us against expecting that Disclosure has to happen exactly on Aug. 4.  The intent is the same as what we’re saying here and intent is all that’s really important to me.
We as lightworkers need to understand the complex of factors that goes into choosing the exact right date. We’re close to Disclosure but any factors could result in a delay. That resulting delay does not invalidate anything. It simply says that the galactics are managing a huge operation and may not be able to turn on a dime.
There is one circumstance that favors the choice of Aug. 4th as a date for Disclosure. Certainly if I had the decision-making power, I would choose it. That is that August 4th is President Obama’s birthday. As far as I’m aware, and I’m not following the Olympics closely (I have a job to do!), he’s still in London. It would be fitting of him to receive the honor of Disclosure. And who knows where the Queen will be when it occurs so Obama becomes the obvious choice of world leader to receive the honor, the Starseed-in-Chief.
OK, I hope enough has been said to reinforce, underline and emphasize that SaLuSa did not commit himself to Aug. 4 but did confirm that it will see the divine deadline pass after which the galactics need pay no more attention to the cabal.
Now let’s review the two crop circles that declare the divine deadline of August 4. The first is at Manton Drove, near Marlborough, Wiltshire, England, and appeared on June 2, 2012.

This crop circle apparently shows a polar-clock date of Saturday, August 4.
The second at Windmill Hill, near Avebury, England, was reported July 27, 2012, and points to August 4 as well.

This is happening as the last walls of illusion fall.
Many used to fasten some sort of seat belt when things got challenging, thus these same seatbelt were nothing but illusionary programs.
It has been said over and over that ALL had to be let go in order to step into the New energies of Love. If one did not do this in advance one finds itself into what is felt like a storm right now.
This “storm” is nothing but the Change. And no Change can happen by holding on to old believe systems, no matter how hard you try, you’ll hit a wall over and over from now on.
Thus the only way of bringing this wall down is by literally letting it go.
If you feel confused and project this confusion onto others the best thing that can happen is that your confusion becomes frustration and frustration becomes anger, and guilt.
None of this is necessary.
You already have all the tools you need right Now to get over this and to transform what seems unknown into a well Known. This well-known is your True Self.
Life after life you were dressed with labels that no more fit in any way, you’ve grown out of them so fast… this time however there’s no need for another dress, it’s time for dressing Your Light, which is the Love you are.
If you feel something does not fit you… let it go.
If you feel someone is trying to “attack you”… let it go.
If you feel you don’t know how to Be anymore… let it go.
Breathe!
Breathe all the Love in and all the old out… and let it go.
Let go your feeling of not being worth as you Are, without any need to prove it.
Let go of the feeling you need to do something as you don’t need to do anything, only to Be.
Follow the Joy… and you’ll find Miracles.

If you feel confused… it’s ok. Don’t try to act out your confusion or it will enhance. It will grow bigger.
Confusion means your old does not work anymore and you’re on the line of “no return” into True Love.

Think of what you dream to See and Live… then Be this Choice within yourself. The rest will unfold at Lightspeed.
Confusion is the step between a non-choice. Between an old path and a new path. NoOne can make this choice but you.

The amount of time this will take is not my call, and when they do happen, not one of those listening and getting ready will be around to call attention to these messages providing advance notice. Cheerful adepts will be Ascended Masters, with no dramas or conditions to be concerned about.

Many of you will come to our dimension and dramas on Earth will call your attention. You can act as leaders to those still in the process of awakening who can ascend when they die. Saving those who have not prepared is not your responsibility. You are not their caretaker, God is. Make your own decisions and allow them theirs. Face the fact that many are not able to accept that they are divine.

Weather Extremes Leave Parts of U.S. Grid Buckling

From highways in Texas to nuclear power plants in Illinois, the concrete, steel and sophisticated engineering that undergird the nation’s infrastructure are being taxed to worrisome degrees by heat, drought and vicious storms.

On a single day this month here, a US Airways regional jet became stuck in asphalt that had softened in 100-degree temperatures, and a subway train derailed after the heat stretched the track so far that it kinked — inserting a sharp angle into a stretch that was supposed to be straight. In East Texas, heat and drought have had a startling effect on the clay-rich soils under highways, which “just shrink like crazy,” leading to “horrendous cracking,” said Tom Scullion, senior research engineer with the Texas Transportation Institute at Texas A&M University. In Northeastern and Midwestern states, he said, unusually high heat is causing highway sections to expand beyond their design limits, press against each other and “pop up,” creating jarring and even hazardous speed bumps.

Excessive warmth and dryness are threatening other parts of the grid as well. In the Chicago area, a twin-unit nuclear plant had to get special permission to keep operating this month because the pond it uses for cooling water rose to 102 degrees; its license to operate allows it to go only to 100. According to the Midwest Independent System Operator, the grid operator for the region, a different power plant had had to shut because the body of water from which it draws its cooling water had dropped so low that the intake pipe became high and dry; another had to cut back generation because cooling water was too warm.

The frequency of extreme weather is up over the past few years, and people who deal with infrastructure expect that to continue. Leading climate models suggest that weather-sensitive parts of the infrastructure will be seeing many more extreme episodes, along with shifts in weather patterns and rising maximum (and minimum) temperatures.

“We’ve got the ‘storm of the century’ every year now,” said Bill Gausman, a senior vice president and a 38-year veteran at the Potomac Electric Power Company, which took eight days to recover from the June 29 “derecho”storm that raced from the Midwest to the Eastern Seaboard and knocked out power for 4.3 million people in 10 states and the District of Columbia.

In general, nobody in charge of anything made of steel and concrete can plan based on past trends, said Vicki Arroyo, who heads the Georgetown Climate Center at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, a clearinghouse on climate-change adaptation strategies.

Highways, Mr. Scullion noted, are designed for the local climate, taking into account things like temperature and rainfall. “When you get outside of those things, man, all bets are off.” As weather patterns shift, he said, “we could have some very dramatic failures of highway systems.”

Adaptation efforts are taking place nationwide. Some are as huge as the multibillion-dollar effort to increase the height of levees and flood walls in New Orleans because of projections of rising sea levels and stronger storms to come; others as mundane as resizing drainage culverts in Vermont, where Hurricane Irene damaged about 2,000 culverts. “They just got blown out,” said Sue Minter, the Irene recovery officer for the state.

In Washington, the subway system, which opened in 1976, has revised its operating procedures. Authorities will now watch the rail temperature and order trains to slow down if it gets too hot. When railroads install tracks in cold weather, they heat the metal to a “neutral” temperature so it reaches a moderate length, and will withstand the shrinkage and growth typical for that climate. But if the heat historically seen in the South becomes normal farther north, the rails will be too long for that weather, and will have an increased tendency to kink. So railroad officials say they will begin to undertake much more frequent inspection.

Some utilities are re-examining long-held views on the economics of protecting against the weather. Pepco, the utility serving the area around Washington, has repeatedly studied the idea of burying more power lines, and the company and its regulators have always decided that the cost outweighed the benefit. But the company has had five storms in the last two and a half years for which recovery took at least five days, and after the derecho last month, the consensus has changed. Both the District of Columbia and Montgomery County, Md., have held hearings to discuss the option — though in the District alone, the cost would be $1.1 billion to $5.8 billion, depending on how many of the power lines were put underground.

Even without storms, heat waves are changing the pattern of electricity use, raising peak demand higher than ever. That implies the need for new investment in generating stations, transmission lines and local distribution lines that will be used at full capacity for only a few hundred hours a year. “We build the system for the 10 percent of the time we need it,” said Mark Gabriel, a senior vice president of Black & Veatch, an engineering firm. And that 10 percent is “getting more extreme.”

Even as the effects of weather extremes become more evident, precisely how to react is still largely an open question, said David Behar, the climate program director for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. “We’re living in an era of assessment, not yet in an area of adaptation,” he said.

He says that violent storms and forest fires can be expected to affect water quality and water use: runoff from major storms and falling ash could temporarily shut down reservoirs. Deciding how to address such issues is the work of groups like the Water Utility Climate Alliance, of which he is a member. “In some ways, the science is still catching up with the need of water managers for high-quality projection,” he said.

Some needs are already known. San Francisco will spend as much as $40 million to modify discharge pipes for treated wastewater to prevent bay water from flowing back into the system.

Even when state and local officials know what they want to do, they say they do not always get the cooperation they would like from the federal government. Many agencies have officially expressed a commitment to plan for climate change, but sometimes the results on the ground can be frustrating, said Ms. Minter of Vermont. For instance, she said, Vermont officials want to replace the old culverts with bigger ones. “We think it’s an opportunity to build back in a more robust way,” she said. But the Federal Emergency Management Agency wants to reuse the old culverts that washed out, or replace them with similar ones, she said.

Ms. Arroyo of Georgetown said the federal government must do more. “They are not acknowledging that the future will look different from the past,” she said, “and so we keep putting people and infrastructure in harm’s way.”

Earnings Show Recession May Be 'Fast Approaching'

Should the economic data continue to deteriorate and earnings through the rest of 2012 come in as low as Colas expects, the case will become clearer for a a recession and, perhaps, more Fed intervention.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has been below consensus economic forecasts, looking for just 1.1 percent growth this quarter, and said Friday that if anything it could be too optimistic.

"The European crisis shows no sign of fading and, in the usual lagged fashion, should have increasing rather than decreasing collateral impacts on growth outside Europe," Ethan S. Harris, BofA's North American economist, said in a note.

"Last but not least, the risks of the fiscal cliff have just started to work their way into corporate psychology," he added. "We are frankly a bit puzzled by the persistent optimism in consensus and official forecasts."

In a welcome, common sense ruling, Court lets Stockton, Calif. cut retiree health care

 A federal bankruptcy judge on Friday cleared the way for Stockton, California to cut health care benefits for retirees while it is in bankruptcy proceedings.

Stockton is seeking Chapter 9 protection from its creditors and said that it would cut retiree health benefits while it reorganizes. Retired employees sued to stop those cuts.

Judge Christopher Klein on Friday issued a temporary order denying the bid to stop the benefit cuts, and he said a formal decision was on its way.

Stockton's attorneys had argued that bankruptcy law gave the city wide latitude on how to spend its revenue while it prepares a plan to restructure its finances.

"For the reasons explained in the forthcoming decision of this court, the Application for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction or in the Alternative for Relief from Stay is DENIED," Klein wrote.

Flood of City Bankruptcies Coming

This is a good start for what needs to happen. The next step needs to be huge clawbacks on promised benefits, preferably top down, so that those with the highest pension benefits bear the brunt of the hit.  

As soon as cities realize this is the way out, a flood of bankruptcies will be on the way.

$10 Trillion M2 Is Now In The Rearview Mirror

Two weeks ago we observed that the broadest money aggregate tracked by the Fed, M2, was less than $10 billion away from crossing the historic $10 trillion mark. As of this week, this number now officially has 14 digits for the first time ever, or $10,035,100,000,000 to be precise (technically the non-seasonally adjusted number crossed $10T last week, but for some reason bank deposits need to be seasonally adjusted, so waiting for the traditionally fudged data seemed appropriate). And we have a $50 billion increase in savings deposits, aka deferred buying power to those who still have the capacity to save, in one week to thank for putting $10 trillion in the rearview mirror.

Which actually brings us back to a point we have discussed previously, namely that even though M1 may be flattish and declining in direct proportion with the amount of excess reserves held by banks, and currency in circulation is rising at a glacial pace of about $1 billion each week - a key reason why the inflationary animal spirits have not bee unleashed yet, it is M2, i.e., total deposits, where the bulk of electronic money is contained, and which is rising at a soaring pace as seen on the chart below. And this is happening even despite ZIRP and soon - NIRP. Because this is real, well technically electronic, money that is just waiting for the signal to be withdrawn and spent on other things. Like bread. And wheelbarrows.

Now as the chart below shows, while the ratio of total deposits (checking, savings, small-denomination time deposits, and other) to currency has declined from a peak of 13.0x in 1987 to just over 6.0x in 2000, this ratio has been increasing since 2000 and is now back to 8.0x.

Which then begs the question: if and when the US currency in circulation starts picking up, due to conversion of reserves into dollar bills, and if the current ratio of reserves to currency persists, then the conversion of another $1.6 trillion in reserves into currency (since the Fed will be absolutely unable to withhold the reserve avalanche from converting into real circulating money without raising the IOER to a level which would crush the stock market, directly in opposition of what the Fed's prime and only directive is) would mean, all else equal, total bank deposits would rise from the current $8.4 trillion to $21 trillion.

What the price of a loaf of bread, or a bar of silver, will be at that point, is anyone's guess. Or a wheelbarrow for that matter.
