France Rules Carbon Tax Unconstitutional Just Days Before Taking Effect!

This new French carbon tax was scheduled to go into law on Jan1, 2010. The tax was steep: 14 euros per ton of carbon dioxide (USD $20). In a stunning move, and surely a blow to warmists everywhere, the tax has been found unconstitutional and thrown out. Originally found here (Google Translation).

Lord Monckton was kind enough to assist me in deciphering the meaning of the ruling and writes:

In France, if at least 60 Deputies of the House and 60 Senators appeal to the Constitutional Council, it has the power to pronounce on the constitutionality of a proposed law – in the present case, the 2010 national budget of France, which contained enabling provisions (loi deferee) for a carbon levy.

The Council found that these enabling provisions were unconstitutional on two grounds: that the exemptions contained within the provisions for a carbon levy vitiated the primary declared purpose of the levy, to combat carbon emissions and hence “global warming”; and that the exemptions would cause the levy to fall disproportionately on gasoline and heating oils and not on other carbon emissions, thereby breaching the principle that taxation should be evenly and fairly borne.

France’s Constitutional Council says the country’s proposed carbon tax is illegal. This is a severe blow to NWO French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s plans to ensure NWO climate warming scheme.

France’s Constitutional Council has struck down a carbon tax that was planned to take effect on January 1st. The council, which ensures the constitutionality of French legislation, said too many polluters were exempted in the measure and the tax burden was not fairly distributed.
It was estimated that 93 percent of industrial emissions outside of fuel use, including the emissions of more than 1,000 of France’s top polluting industrial sites, would be exempt from the tax, which would have charged 17 euros per ton of emitted carbon dioxide.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has argued the tax is necessary to combat climate change and reduce the country’s dependence on oil.
However, the council’s ruling is a severe blow to both Sarkozy’s environmental plan as well as France’s budget for 2010. The government now has to find a way to come up with about 4.1 billion euros in revenue that was expected from the tax.

I’ve been saying for months now that Greece ‘will not be allowed’ to leave the single currency, because Merkel and Draghi accept that the chaos would be fatal for the eurozone. I also recently noted that the ‘done-deal after a suitable period of fisticuffs’ I’d predicted was surfacing. It still is: reduced interest rates on extended periods of Greek debt repayment (plus both ECB and sovereign EU member haircuts) are now being openly discussed by officials in Berlin, Brussels, and Paris.
But the assumption of all the players in this soap opera is that there won’t – indeed can’t – be any changes to the script. However, new storylines are coming into play, and at least three of them could yet demonstrate that this is  an unravelling nightmare than a wooden TV production.
Alpha, Greece’s largest bank, released a report 48 hours ago suggesting that the Troika is being deliberately negative. My own information is that the IMF is the prime mover in this negativity. In turn, the bank quite rightly points out an uncomfortable truth: worse than imagined Greek economic performance should be triggering a mitigation of the Greek debt repayment terms anyway….based on the original Brussels bailout.
But the IMF doesn’t want to talk about that: it seems suddenly very keen for some reason to depict Greece as a hopeless basket case. I have no problem with that (I agree with them) but persistent leaking about the need for a third Athens bailout is odd behaviour for a Fund allegedly trying to help the Greeks.
As I predicted, the soft Left in Greece (mainly Venizelos) is remaining adamant that it won’t budge on the Troika’s assertions that the proposed savings are a scam, and anyway more are needed than even the ones suggested. The main issue as always is the fear among the Athenian political class that civil servants awarded massive pay cuts will start digging smelly bodies up, but suspicions remain that the Pasok leader has his own agenda for trying to scupper the Samaras/EU deal on mitigation.

So far the cloud layer is blank. “Several observers have now obtained excellent images on the second and third rotations after the fireball, and there is nothing new nor distinctive at the impact site,” reports John H. Rogers, director of the Jupiter Section of the British Astronomical Association: The fireball was probably caused by a small asteroid or comet hitting Jupiter. Apparently, the giant planet swallowed the impactor whole. When fragments of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 hit Jupiter in 1994, each major flash observed by NASA's Galileo spacecraft produced a “bruise,” a murky mixture of incinerated comet dust and chemically altered Jovian gas twisting and swirling among the clouds. In July 2009, amateur astronomer Anthony Wesley discovered a similar mark thought to be debris from a rogue asteroid crashing into the planet. So where is the debris this time? Perhaps the impactor was small, packing just enough punch to make a flash, but without leaving much debris. Equally, the Telegraph will print anything about Boris so long as he says something anti-Cameron, or does something bone-headed like holding his own ‘enquiry’ into Heathrow vs Elsewhere on the runways thing. For the Barclays despise Cameron even more than Dacre does.
My favourite MP Bob Stewart also got dragged into it at one point, and once again made it clear (by the end of the ‘story’) that he had no intention of standing against Cameron as a stalking horse. Bob too thinks these stories are all tosh, and as usual he is right on the money.

SIMFEROPIL/ AQMESCIT (QHA) – A Ukrainian scientist discovered the oldest pyramid in the world. Most interestingly, it was found in the most beautiful corner of the country, in Crimea.

As the ICTV channel reported, the finding was revealed by accident, when during his test alternative methods of finding water Ukrainian scientist Vitalii Goh discovered underground unknown object, which proved to be a giant pyramid of 45 meters in height and a length of about 72 meters. Goh said that the pyramid was built during the time of the dinosaurs.

“Crimean pyramid” has a truncated top, like a Mayan pyramid, but its appearance is more like an Egyptian. It is hollow inside, and a mummy of unknown creature is buried under the foundation.

“Under the foundation is a small body in the form of a mummy long 1.3-1.4 meters with a crown on his head.”

“There is a resonance chamber of so-called Sphinx. The pyramids were built in the era of the dinosaurs,” says the scientist in an interview with ICTV.

It remains unknown who build the pyramid. 

The unique building is the oldest on the planet, says Vitalii Goh.

BANK customers involved in the nation’s largest class action, against ANZ Bank, have claimed a victory in the High Court, which today declared the bank’s over-limit fees could be characterised as a penalty or punishment.

This means the bank’s $29.95 over-limit fee – charged on top of 4 per cent interest on the amount overdrawn by the customer – could be illegal.

About these Mission Journeys
I felt moved to write this now as I feel moved to write this now.
It’s 9:27 PM and I have no idea where I’ll be sleeping. That’s how these missions go. I go, rent a car, and sleep wherever Higher Self guides. I basically never know where I’ll be from one moment to the next.
When I arrive, I usually stop at a local thrift store, buy a blanket, 2 pillows, and bring my own pillowcases to slip over them. And bring warm clothes if necessary.
Then I’m not “burdened” by having to be in a given hotel and can come and any time the Spirit guides. Sometimes I’ll sleep a few hours here, a few there, a couple naps during the day.
I do not plan any food items. I’ll usually bring a bit of my own coffee and tea and an electric water boiler so I can have a hot drink. Never do I know the food guidance until I’m on location. This time, although I never get “Layed” at home, I bought some sour cream onion Lays potato chips, which hit some higher spot. Often I do buy green leafy veggies and yoghurt, as their tasty to my body.
Bottom line is… Follow Higher Guidance, one moment at a time. That’s what it’s all about.
Not sure why this came out now, but look at the car mileage number when this message came… A tad and a half of synchronicity.

Dutton, an imprint of Penguin USA, recently released No Easy Day, which seems to be causing quite a stir.  The question is whether or not the former active-duty Seal violated any law by releasing classified information.  Before we citizens take a position either way, let us consider the following:

You are on the edge of a massive disruption to what you call normal life, which will be sensational in its unfoldment while inspiring and uplifting you.  You have been working very hard to reach this point in your spiritual evolution, and you have truly earned the monumental accolades and honors that are shortly to be bestowed upon you.  You know all this, but while you stay within the confines of the illusion the memory of that knowledge remains hidden from you.  What is required of you is that you continue to hold the Light on high as you trust your Father to deliver all that He has promised you, as you truly know He will.
The Light that you are bearing before you with such forbearance and determination is a beacon to many who are aware that something strange is in the air, that all is not as it seems.  Your constancy and imperturbability are amazingly effective stabilizing influences on all in your vicinity, and on all who know you, even though you yourselves are mostly unaware of the powerful and supportive presence that your loving behavior constantly demonstrates.

Cobra Update 9-5-12…”Brotherhood of the Star”

As I read and highlighted this latest Cobra article, I found more and more which “interested” me. More correctly, I found more and more which “rang my bells”. Particularly the Sirian connection (Lapis lazuli), and even more so, the Pleiadean connection mentioned (the Moldavite stone chalice). My Spirit has felt attracted quite strongly the last few years to both Lapis lazuli and Moldavite. In the links for each, note the “Heavenly” connections of both stones.

“Lapis is the Latin word for “stone” and lazuli is the genitive form of the Medieval Latin lazulum, which is taken from the Persian لازورد lāzaward, meaning “heaven” or “sky”, since the sky is blue; therefore, it is the “stone of heaven” or “sky stone”.

I am moved to state here that it is quite important at this time for each of us to stay attuned to the Higher Brotherhoods (the Higher “Light-hoods”, or Higher “Light Neighborhoods”, if you will). Attuning to those frequencies will keep each of us aligned to our Higher Paths, and separate us from any 3D-4D type turmoil that we might be observing or encounter during the next several days.

We have startling reports of human trafficking, children being stolen around Afghanistan and sold into sexual slavery by the tens of thousands, stories of terror bombings and assassinations meant to prolong war, rig elections, end negotiations and compromise and control key regions to maximize drug profits.

Media crackdown in Belarus, where even teddy bears lead to jail

The flying teddy bears that resulted in Anton Suraypin spending a month in jail The authorities in Belarus are engaged in a crackdown on the media ahead of parliamentary elections set for 23 September.
According to the Paris-based press freedom watchdog, Reporters Without Borders (RWB), there have been several instances of "judicial harassment" of journalists and internet users who are critical of the government.
One off-limit subject is the call for an election boycott. RWB says: "Those who mention the boycott, such as opposition groups on social networks, are immediately sanctioned."
On 31 August, access to the pro-opposition news websites Charter97 and BelPartizan were blocked. The electoral commission has censored any election address on state TV that contains references to the boycott, the plight of political prisoners and the country's economic crisis.

Willie informed The Doc that it appears that Morgan Stanley was used by the cartel to prevent a collapse in treasury bonds in 2010, and believes that Morgan Stanley was set up at the time by cartel banks as the next major financial firm to fail.

Morgan Stanley put on $8 TRILLION in interest rate swaps in the first half of 2010.  I call them the designated hitter for Wall St.   Why wasn’t it JP Morgan, BOA, or Goldman Sachs?  My theory is simple: THEY EXPECTED LATER TO KILL MORGAN STANLEY!  Lehman Brothers was killed because they had huge mortgage bonds and other things that weren’t exactly desirable.  Bear Stearns was killed because they were pro gold and short the dollar.

Morgan Stanley created the false impression of a flight to safety in US treasury bonds.  Take a look at the 10 year yield early in 2010.  It was moving up to the 3.5% range! Alarm bells were going off!  They were talking about QE and bond monetization by the Fed! China was backing out of buying treasury bonds!  We had more supply, and less demand, and a rising 10 year yield.  Suddenly we had a tremendous ‘flight to safety’.  What a bunch of propaganda!

A hearing for people who offered surety to pay bail for Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been adjourned.

Celebrities such as film directors Ken Loach and Michael Moore may forfeit bail money after Mr Assange, who faces extradition to Sweden over sex assault allegations, breached bail conditions.
The hearing has been adjourned until 3 October.
Ecuador has granted Mr Assange asylum, and he has been staying at the country's London embassy since June.
The 41-year-old Australian breached his bail conditions by taking refuge in the building.
A number of backers put up £240,000 in sureties last year.
Mr Assange is wanted for questioning in Sweden regarding rape and sexual assault allegations.
He denies assaulting two women in Stockholm in 2010 and says the sex was consensual.
Swedish prosecutors have dismissed his claims that their case is part of a wider political move to see him stand trial in the US over his work with Wikileaks.
